Be Your Best is excited to announce a new strategic partnership with Richmond Kickers, a leading club in USL League One with a long-standing tradition of player development and innovation.
Through this collaboration, the Kickers will integrate BYB Training, Be Your Best’s cutting-edge virtual reality platform, into their U20 team training environment. This immersive tool is designed to elevate Cognitive Game Intelligence by placing players in real match scenarios that challenge and sharpen their scanning, awareness, and decision-making skills.
Unlike traditional training methods, BYB Training provides a game-realistic cognitive workload without physical fatigue. This allows players to refine key mental attributes such as anticipation, field vision, and reaction time in a controlled, repeatable format—paving the way for smarter, faster in-game decisions.
