Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Verification: Open to football clubs, academies and organisations capable of implementing Be Your Best across multiple players and/or teams.

2. How to Enter: Entrants must complete the sign up form, providing their full name, email, and the registered name of the football club they represent. Limit of one (1) entry per football club. If multiple entries are received from the same club, only the first valid entry will be considered.

3. The Prize: The prize consists of one (1) Meta Quest VR Headset and one (1) year access to Be Your Best. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

4. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible, verified entries.The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide valid club verification within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. Be Your Best reserves the right to determine eligibility, suitability and final winner selection.

5. General Conditions: By entering, you agree that your club may be announced publicly as the winner on our official social media channels and marketing materials. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation of club status, or tampering with the entry process.
